Artists who won't be on the festival bill: Stone Temple Pilots (Merriweather Post, July 19); Green Day (Verizon Center, July 29); The Killers (Merriweather Post, Aug. 31); Depeche Mode (Nissan, July 28); Kid Rock (Nissan, Aug. 1); No Doubt (Nissan, June 14); and, thankfully, Creed (Nissan, Aug. 21).
