Social Media Group Acquisition Called Off

A month ago, Livingston Communications, a local PR firm that focuses on social media, announced plans to be acquired by the Social Media Group in Toronto. Today, the two companies said, via their blogs, that the acquisition has been called off.


Geoff Livingston said in a short video clip that the management styles were not a good fit and it became obvious that the combination would not work. But he said to look out for other new developments coming out of the firm soon.

Media conglomerates have been Ludlumesque
since certain unnamed groups found dynamicism in their wherewithal beginning
in 1973. Having a Mataresean notion that they can conglomeratize, they seek to do just that. There is something to be said for nationalism in the wake of globalistic
failures that demonstrate the need for a
finanical interest in other things. In the
future, we can expect Biblical prophecy and
the financial interests of nationalism finding their way to the mountain of intellectual and accepted thought. Those who miss the nationalist inevitability will find themselves absent of reason. It is therefore in the national interest for America and like nations though there are few to preview the antecedent architecture of this salient idea.
