One Economy's Mourad asks FCC about adoption programs

One Economy is a non-profit group that has worked for years to bridge educational, economic and social divides using high-tech solutions. They have also weighed heavily in adoption goals set by the Federal Communications Commission's national braodband plan.

Here, interim president Moustafa Mourad, asks the FCC details on how it will approach its goal of bridging the digital divide.
