--The iPhone 4 has a new antenna that will improve its actual phone function, reports the WSJ.
--John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) sent the FCC a letter Monday saying the agency needs to pick up the pace on opening unused airwaves.
--The FCC just blogged about the importance of cyber security in light of the iPad breach last week. But is cyber war a real possibility, or are the warnings overblown? If you've never listened, there's a fantastic podcast called Intelligence Squared where people debate issues, Oxford-style. Cyber security was the topic last week, if you missed it. James Fallows summarizes here, too.
