Herndon girls' basketball player to sign
Herndon senior center Carlon Chambers will sign with Norfolk State at 2:30 p.m. Friday during a ceremony at the high school.
The four-year varsity player averaged 10.1 points per game last season and was a second-team all-Concorde District selection.
None of the Hornets' top six scorers last season were seniors.
