More from Broad Run coach Mike Burnett on Peeler and AA state final
I hope that by now you've had a chance to read colleague Paul Tenorio's article today about Broad Run running back T.J. Peeler.
Tenorio describes the battle that Peeler fought in going from being homeless to earning a scholarship at Pittsburgh. Peeler will lead No. 2 Broad Run (13-0) into Saturday's AA state final against Amherst (13-0).
Broad Run Coach Mike Burnett took time out of his busy practice schedule this week to speak with Post reporters B.J. Koubaroulis and Stephen Ball during a segment of "Verbally Committed" a DMV prepcast on 106.7 The Fan.
In the interview, Burnett talks about how much Peeler means to Broad Run and also about what the Spartans have to do to win their second straight state championship.
