Remember Kent Hicks?
The former Culpeper High star couldn't get into Maryland and couldn't get on the field at Virginia Tech. After sitting out this past season, Hicks is transferring to Liberty, reports the Free-Lance Star.
Let this serve as one more reminder that recruiting rankings and other hype often mean little.
