Flip-Flopper Says He's Made Up His Mind...

I caught up with Friendly All-Met WR Vinnie Hill on Monday afternoon and he said he is done changing his mind and will sign Wednesday with Akron. Hill said in the end he was swayed by Akron's setting and the opportunity to play as a freshman. (Word is he also wasn't happy that he proabbly would have had to go to prep school for a year if he wanted to go to Virginia.)

Hill has yet to meet the NCAA's minimum academic standards for freshman eligibility but said he is taking the ACT this weekend.
