Top O' The Morning

All-Met RB Terence Kerns of Thomas Johnson is recovering just fine from his season-ending knee surgery and remains on track to go to West Virginia.

Nobody knows Virginia recruiting like Commonwealth All-Star Sports Scribe Doug Doughty, and this webcast is Must See TV. Many things come to mind while watching, but the obvious one is could the Roanoke Times at least get these guys some real guys to sit in?

Georgetown Prep junior guard Garvey Young is receiving quite a bit of college interest. He picked up an offer last week from Richmond and also holds offers from Marshall, William & Mary, Colgate, Vermont and Loyola. Virginia and Boston College are among the power-conference schools to swing by Prep to see Young; don't be surprised if he continues to pick up offers.
