St. John's Pair Getting Major Interest

Caught up with St. John's football coach Joe Patterson during the Cadets' baseball game yesterday. He reports that RB Antwon Bailey has a scholarship offer from Syracuse and has attended junior days at Maryland and Virginia. Big OL Pete White, a rising junior, can't get anything in writing until Sept. 1, but Maryland, Tennessee and Notre Dame have said they plan to make scholarship offers.
