Xavier Makes Its Pitch

After pushing top-seeded Ohio State to the brink this past weekend, Xavier makes its pitch this week for DeMatha guard Jeff Peterson, with a home visit scheduled for Wednesday. Stags Coach Mike Jones said Peterson plans to visit either Xavier or St. Louis this weekend.

Josh - Peterson's stock may be on the rise. He hit the game winning shot for Dematha against Towson Catholic for a third place finish at the Alhambra tournament this past weekend.

Sounds like ALford is getting out of Iowa before he gets fired after next season. Does Peterson show any interest in New Mexico when Alford takes that job? Or Iowa in spite of Alford's departure?
