Can a Player Land a Job for a Coach?

Ok, it's 6 p.m. and things are really heating up here at Comcast Center for the Capital Classic. Gotta be at least 100 folks here for the prelim game that tips in two minutes.

It's also way past premium blogging time. But... I wanted to post for all the loving fans out there.

So, the question is, with Bob Huggins leaving K-State for WVU, what's it mean for Mike Beasley? As the Kansas CIty Star pointed out on a story on its Web site, things seem a little goofy on the K-State Web site. Could it be an indication that the Wildcats will promote assistant Dalonte Hill -- the prime connection between Beasley and K-State? Nothing against Dalonte, but if K-State hired him, it will be to keep Beasley and the rest of the recruiting class intact.
