New Kentucky Coach Lands a Good One
New Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie picked up a high-profile recruit, signing Oak Hill guard Alex Legion, a one-time Michigan recruit. But when Michigan dismissed Tommy Amaker, it allowed Legion out of his letter-of-intent. According to the Louisville Courier-Journal, Legion averaged 19.5 points and shot 41 percent from three-point range this past season and did not miss a free throw after mid-January.
