Thompson Out at Ball State; Local Impact?

As I wondered about earlier this week, Ronny Thompson has resigned at Ball State, which could have plenty of local ramifications. My hunch is that All-Met point guard Deontay Twyman could try to get out of Muncie, but since he has started summer school, that could be tough to do without sitting out a year due to NCAA transfer rules. However, any school that Twyman were to go to could apply to the NCAA to have the sit-out year waived because of extenuating circumstances, though it's far from a sure thing.
