Vegas Summer Run Comes to an End
It was different in Vegas this summer after Sonny Vaccaro stepped away from the tournament scene. Reebok's tournament was smaller, but things went off just fine. Columnist Ed Graney, always with a sharp wit, delivers this gem as the Vegas summer run ends:
Which side of the fence you sat on when discussing Sonny Vaccaro didn't matter. The man always had this way of supplying a certain buzz. He attracted attention like the letters AAU do horrible shot selection.
