Clarksburg Lineman Chooses Towson

It's unusual for football players to commit to Division I-AA programs this early in the recruiting calendar, but Clarksburg defensive lineman Rob Osborne was ready to commit to Towson. He said he didn't want to wait around to see what, if any, better offers came his way.
