Penn State Plucks Another Local

This time it's Eleanor Roosevelt cornerback Stephon Morris. He also had offers from Louisville and Rutgers, among others, Raiders Coach Tom Green said, but decided to join teammate Derrick Thomas and others planning to head to State College.
