Duke Attorneys Say Their Team Stinks

Don't expect new Duke coach David Cutcliffe to take this news on the road when he goes recruiting. In court this week, Duke attorneys successfully argued the school's team is so bad that it need not pay damages for backing out of a series with Louisville. Because the contract called for a replacement by any suitable opponent, Duke argued that doing so would not be a problem as the Blue Devils stunk so much that any other team would do.
