Virginia Having Success In State

It's still early in the recruiting process for 2009, but here is an early look at Virginia's in-state success after last year's struggles. Of the Cavaliers' 15 commitments, 10 come from in-state players after getting just three last year when Virginia Tech once again ruled the commonwealth. Part of this year's success, though, can be attributed to the Hokies not having many scholarships to offer.
