Stone Bridge Legit, Robinson Junior Gets VT Offer
Made the journey out to Stone Bridge last Friday as I wanted to get a look at the Bulldogs' top prospects. And while it's difficult (at best) to judge linemen and linebackers while watching from field level, as a group David Wang (Virginia Tech), Brian Slay (N.C. State) and Zach Thompson and Mike Olson (Wake Forest) were impressive.
Although Robinson lost 49-7, its middle linebacker, junior Brian Laiti was around the ball plenty. Virginia Tech defensive line coach Charley Wiles had been at Robinson earlier in the day to offer Laiti a scholarship then made the trip to Ashburn for the game.
Laiti's other scholarship offers include West Virginia and Syracuse, according to Robinson Coach Mark Bendorf.

Maryland's defensive line is a complete joke.
I have seen a better pass rush by Pop Warner and CYO teams.
Prediction for Maryland's upcoming game --
Califonia - 48
Maryland - 13
Maryland will finish with a 3-9 record (good for last place in the ACC - even behind Duke)
I am glad that Maryland is no longer recruiting Tavon Austin.
Jelani Jenkins and Travis Hawkins will be signing with the University of Florida.
