Loudoun Recruiting Items; Interest in Williams Heating Up

Colleague Paul Tenorio has a few recruiting tidbits from Loudoun County. Stone Bridge wide receiver-defensive back Nick Sheehan has accepted a preferred walk-on offer from Virginia Tech, while teammate Matt Custer, an offensive lineman, received a similar offer from Maryland.

Scroll down to read about Loudoun County linebacker Chase Williams, the son of former Redskins defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. Chase Williams is passing on Missouri's junior day this weekend and instead plans to attend Maryland's junior day. His only scholarship offer so far is from New Mexico State, but more surely are in the works - possibly as soon as tomorrow.
