Meet Travon Fifty. Anacostia senior guard Travon Smith doesn't have any scholarship offers yet, but it's possible he might after word of his incredible leaping ability spreads around. He averages 15 points and 10 rebounds and holds the school's all-time scoring record.

He sounds like a JC or prep school player, doesn't he? Not aAcademically, but in terms of basketball development. You'd think Alleghany or Chesapeake or another community college would be all over this kid. Then see if he could improve enough to wind up at Loyola or Mason or Madison (or higher) in two years.
