Terps, Cavs, WVU Offer D.C. Signal Caller
From colleague Alan Goldenbach:
H.D. Woodson junior quarterback Ricardo Young, who looked very impressive in leading the Warriors to a victory over Dunbar in the Turkey Bowl last November, is starting to get some serious recruiting interest. According to Warriors' assistant Larry Williams, Young already has offers from Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Maryland.
It will be interesting to see what plans each school has for Young, who, at just barely 6-feet tall, doesn't fit the ideal mold of a quarterback. In the Turkey Bowl, though, Young threw a very nice ball, and also proved capable tucking the ball and running. Williams also added that qualifying academically should not be a problem for Young; he received straight A's during the second marking period, which ended in mid-January.

Cavs? Hokies? Not like there's any difference between the two.
