Four Big Fish Left in the D.C. Pond

By my count, as I go over the list of locals ready to accept I-A and I-AA football scholarships -- a list with 112 members at the moment -- there are four key recruits yet to make their college choices publicly shown:

Good Counsel All-Met linebacker Jelani Jenkins, who is down to Florida and Penn State

St. John's All-Met lineman Pete White, down to Maryland, Miami and Tennessee

Stonewall Jackson running back Damien Thigpen, once committed to Tennessee but now believed to be considering Notre Dame and UCLA

Meade quarterback Ray Cotton, once pledged to Auburn but now considering other schools, including Mississippi
