Another Haden Ready for Action?
With Friendly strong safety Jordan Haden ready to join his brother, Joe, at Florida, is it too soon to start thinking about where 13-year-old Jonathan Haden will end up?
The seventh-grader at Eugene Burroughs Middle School will be a running back in college, according to his father, Joe Sr. "He'll be a big-time guy as well," Papa Haden said. "He'll get 25 or 30 scholarship offers."
Okay, maybe it's too soon to jump on his bandwagon for the youngest Haden, but Joe Sr. ought to know. After all, Joe is doing pretty well at Florida (you think?) and Josh Haden started 13 games last season as a freshman tailback at Boston College. Jordan Haden, a 6-0, 205-pound junior at Friendly, will graduate one semester early to join his brother in Gainesville. Jordan Haden took summer school the past two years, so he doesn't need to take classes this summer.
"He really fits in well, he's a nice-sized safety and he can run," Joe Sr. said. "Going down there, you've got to be able to run and he runs well."

I am thrilled beyond that Jordan Haden chose Florida and never - ever considered Maryland.
Maryland will finish with a 2-10 record in 2009.
