Hokies Offer Loudoun Standout

Colleague Paul Tenorio reports that Virginia Tech is the 10th school to offer Williams, joining Miami (Fla.), West Virginia, New Mexico State, Southern Methodist, Marshall, Rice and Tulane.

Williams will be selecting West Virginia.

I am overjoyed that he never considered Maryland.

Maryland will finish with a 2-10 record in 2009.
