Phelps adds more offers
Damascus assistant coach Gregg Frazier reports that defensive back Brandon Phelps has received three more scholarship offers. Illinois, West Virginia and Connecticut have offered Phelps this week. Penn State, Maryland and Duke previously offered Phelps, a two-way starter since his freshman year....
