I profiled Bullis senior forward Robert Sampson earlier this month and before Tuesday's Interstate Athletic Conference tournament final, I caught up with his father, Ralph, to talk about Robert's improved play (he made four three-pointers the previous night), his recruiting and what Ralph sees when he watches younger players.
