On a team loaded with top players, the two-way standout was a rock in the middle for the Falcons with 66 tackles, 31 of which were solo. Also had 7.5 tackles for loss and intercepted a pass. Had one of his best games of the season in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship, posting 11 tackles as Good Counsel won its second consecutive league title with a 42-3 victory over rival DeMatha. A former defensive tackle, the 6-foot-4, 260-pounder seamlessly made the transition to linebacker and played tight end on offense. Virginia recruited him to play defensive end. All-Met Defensive Player of the Year in 2010.
