GameDay: Steelers vs. Redskins
Barry Svrluga offers his analysis of the Steelers-Redskins preseason game, which kicks off at 7:30 tonight at FedEx Field.
Other things you'll need to know if you're going to the game tonight:
The Capital Weather Gang, featuring Jason Samenow, say the storms should pass in time for the game tonight and that it may be nice after that. Nice = cooler and less humid.
Something of a perfect sports storm, though may complicate getting to FedEx Field: not only are the Redskins playing, the Nationals and D.C. United also have home games.

If you were watching the Titans-Cowboys game last night, you'll note that there might be a wee bit of a problem with the ginormous, HD screen that hangs over the field and, according to Jerry Jones, cost more than Texas Stadium. It might be just a little too low, since punts were glancing off it. Jones says there's no problem, but the Titans beg to differ.

Yes, this is only preseason, but it's time for Redskins fans to make a statement, TONIGHT!
If you see ANYBODY with one of those yellow hanky towels in OUR HOUSE, take action. Tell them where they can stick their towel, or go ahead and stick it there for them.
