Albert Haynesworth ill, status questionable
Defensive lineman Albert Hayensworth has an undisclosed illness and his status for today's game against the Minnesota Vikings is questionable, the Redskins announced before the game.
The nine-year veteran left the field early during pregame warm-ups. Haynesworth has been inactive for three games this season.
For the third time in as many weeks, a Redskins player experienced a problem during pregame warm-ups. In Week 10, Running back Ryan Torain aggravated his hamstring injury and sat out a 59-28 loss to Philadelphia.
In Week 11, running back Chad Simpson suffered a broken bone on his foot. He has been put on season-ending injured reserve.

Man the offense looked good on the opening drive. Spread the ball around and McNabb looked sharp.

The hit on Armstrong was great but dude will be fined I don't agree with that but he will be. He launched and used the crown of his helmet.

That was a perfect 15 play script and perfectly executed. This team is growing in confidence.
Nice!

How is this post written by Albert Haynesworth? No wonder he can't play if he's taken over Reid's job.

Key to this game; how many times does Farve and Peterson turn over the ball.
Posted by: Devo2 | November 28, 2010 1:21 PM | Report abuse
Defense is going to have a long day with Peterson.

Our GD DL.
If they give you a free release to the QB......
It's a F'ing screen.
Posted by: Diesel44 | November 28, 2010 1:22 PM | Report abuse
Our defense blows.
It just got gashed and slashed like a dumb blonde in a bad horror movie.

Hmm, Defense ?
Posted by: ThrowItToMyTeam | November 28, 2010 1:24 PM | Report abuse
Ugh..when is the defense gonna start showing improvement? Seriously..Vikes hadn't scored a opening TD all year..until now.
Posted by: ga8085 | November 28, 2010 1:24 PM | Report abuse
Thats not how you play D-fence they need to tackle better, and watch the screens.
Posted by: Flounder21 | November 28, 2010 1:24 PM | Report abuse
Peterson is going for the extra yards. I'm telling you, he's going to cough one up. If I'm Haslett, after the ass chewing for that piss poor performance I'm going to tell my guys to look for the strip.

If the defense continues to play Peterson like this, there won't be many opportunities for Favre to turn the ball over.

Mcntosh missed a few takles on that drive

WaPo is definitely missing some editors today.
And Hangnail Haynesworth strikes again. Think he is approaching his self-imposed limit of 10 games per year, so he needs SOME excuse.

Our DL is garbage and with LL30 out we have zero team speed (that can tackle).

We're talking about Farve in 2010 not 2009. He'll turn it over.

well lets see how the offense responds to the quick score by the Vikes.

We do lack speed on D. That has to be addressed going forward.

Well, 3 and out , not good
Posted by: ThrowItToMyTeam | November 28, 2010 1:35 PM | Report abuse
That Vikings score sucked the energy right outta the stadium and the skins.
Posted by: chrislarry | November 28, 2010 1:35 PM | Report abuse
lets see if the vikes can be stopprd, or if its going to another philly repeat.

Everytime Haynesworth comes in they run right through his gap.
Posted by: Devo2 | November 28, 2010 1:39 PM | Report abuse
92 in. 14 yd run right at him......
Posted by: Diesel44 | November 28, 2010 1:40 PM | Report abuse
The offense needs to help out the D by staying on the field and scoring points. This D is outmatched speedwise.
Posted by: kerzon417 | November 28, 2010 1:42 PM | Report abuse
Well if AP is allowed to do this, it's going to be long day. If vikes had just rode AP all year they might be in playoff race.
Posted by: chrislarry | November 28, 2010 1:42 PM | Report abuse
God bless London! And I'm holding to my claim that Farve or Peterson will turn to ball over.

This team should change it's name to the clowns because they are the biggest joke in the NFL. Fans stop going to see this rotten team play. Big Shanny + son = no offense to go along with a loser owner what a great parternship for more sad football
