Derrick Dockery will miss third straight game
Veteran offensive lineman Derrick Dockery will again be among the inactive players for Sunday's game at Chicago, the third straight game for which Dockery will not dress.
All the Redskins who dealt with injuries during the week - most prominently tight end Chris Cooley, who suffered a concussion last week - will dress. Inside linebacker Rocky McIntosh, who sat out last week with a concussion, will return, and defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth will play for the first time since Oct. 3 at Philadelphia. Haynesworth missed two games after the death of his brother.
Also inactive: injured running back Clinton Portis, who will miss his third straight game with a groin problem; cornerback Kevin Barnes; running back/kick returner Chad Simpson; linebacker Perry Riley; defensive lineman Anthony Bryant; and defensive end Jeremy Jarmon.
John Beck will be the third quarterback.

well said brandon, but like edvar said, lets play him. I figure either we get some plays out of him or he'll embarrass himself and that's a win - win

Pitiful pick by Buffalo in 2009. Aaron Maybin chosen two spots ahead of Orakpo and is a healthy inactive today.

Also inactive:
cornerback Kevin Barnes
defensive end Jeremy Jarmon
That's two 3rd rounders not playing in the second year of their careers.
Who does that?
Are these guys that bad or are they somehow 'misplaced' by scheme?

Lichensteiger hasn't exactly been lighting it up. & you could make the argument that we wouldn't have beat Green Bay without Jarmon's face mask hit. (trying to remind self that I trust in Shanallen's decision making....)

Devin Thomas inactive today in case anyone has any regrets about him leaving the Redskins. I mean if you can't make Carolina's active roster...

I think Kevin replaces Buchanon next year or he's gone. Jarmon probably gets traded because of scheme mismatch.

On the morning Chicago traded for Jay Cutler, Washington had framework of a deal with Denver: two 1s and two 3s for Cutler. Bears topped it.
My God that's just frightening. Glad it didn't work out. Just way too much to give up.

If they had made that trade we would have no Orakpo and no Trent Williams most likely. Different team altogether if that had happened.

Because he doesn't know the defense, didn't know the game plan, and is not in shape to run with the Colts. Not me saying it -- Haslett said it.

You know I really don't think Vinny and Dan cared at that point...they were deeply desperate men, who would have traded their first-borns in 2009 to prove all the smarty-pants wrong and get to the Bowl.
And they really thought they could get there at that point with a Cutler or Sanchez. Just amazing. Shades of Jeff George, anyone?

Wow. Steelers have fumbled twice in the first 3 minutes.
Good punt by Hunter the Punter. Make the Bears go 80 yards instead of Hester touching it.

Nice running game so far.
I don't want to start off so negative but the moment McNabb throws, our receivers should make a move back toward the ball and lower their hands toward the ground.
McNabb ALWAYS throws about a third of his passes at ankles, ugh!
