Let's see if I have this straight -
The solution to the Redskin's woes is -

1. Hire a GM whose claim to fame is that his father was a good coach 30 years ago. He was fired by Tampa Bay in 2008 for mediocre performance.

2. Hire a coach whose claim to fame is that he happened to be the coach when John Elway won 2 Superbowls 12 years ago. He was fired by Denver in 2008 for mediocre performance.
Superbowl, here we come!
