Carlos Rogers injures other hamstring
Cornerback Carlos Rogers, who sat out last week's win at Tennessee with a hamstring injury, returned to the starting lineup Sunday. But according to Coach Mike Shanahan, Rogers "aggravated" his other hamstring in Sunday's loss to Minnesota, and was replaced by veteran Phillip Buchanon.
Buchanon, part of the Redskins' nickel package all year, has excelled in recent weeks. He broke up two passes Sunday and was in on four tackles.
"I know I'm a starter and that's how I see myself," Buchanon said. "Until the day comes where I don't see myself as a starter anymore, I'll probably just walk away."
Kevin Barnes, a third-round pick out of Maryland in 2008, also saw action Sunday. With starting strong safety LaRon Landry out with an Achilles' tendon problem, Barnes has taken practice snaps at safety. The Redskins had only two active safeties on Sunday, starters Kareem Moore and Reed Doughty.

Shut him down for the season. I'd like to see what Barnes can do.
We're not resigning him and I'm done defending him. I saw him make TWO mistakes tonight in his limited snaps that a HS corner wouldn't have made.

It was good to see Barnes out there getting in on the action. Would like to see more of him, Austin, Cooke and Capers down the road. Let's see what these guys can do in a real game situation.
We already know about the rest of them...

Maybe he can go and drop interceptions for another team while he's complaining about Skins fans loyalty.
