Samuels Out with a Knee Injury
chris Samuels is off to get his knee looked at.
Jason Fabini sees his first action of the season, at left tackle no less.
Will pass along more details on Samuels as we get them. He was limping around last series.
No info yet on possible return.

Wow. I can't believ the letdown thus far. I hope Samuels isn't lost for any length of time. No need to panic on this game just yet. Whole half to go. Just need to out po'ed and punch in one or two and it'll be a wrap.

How is the speaker system at Fed Ex sounding today?

Let's see if the Skins can overcome some adversity... -2 with the turnover margin, down 3 points at half and Samuels out for the game. Zorn will certainly get in dat @$$ at halftime

Ugh. Not looking pretty. Campbell should have fallen on the ball and Kendall should have gone down as soon as he got it. Let's hope Zorn lights a fire under their @ss!

two words. Trap Game.
We've had alot of luck this year - now it's time to pay the piper.
Can we rebound in the 2nd half? We'll have to play much smarter. D has been really good, but the O is handing them the game.
Alright Zorny, les'see if a couple hip hips will get out outta this jam...

So much for us not taking this game lightly...this looks like the same team we've watched for the last 4 years when Gibbs was here...

Unbelievable! Every time we are close to scoring we turn the ball over :(
Looks like a Rams win.......all our great previous wins will be for naught.

Can someone describe the play that led to the Rams touchdown? Was Kendall running a slant pattern?

Seriously? Or are you just trying a reverse jinx? Skins have made a few mental errors which cost us. And they are only down by three. Rams offense can't score, and the Skins are moving the ball well except for the mistakes. We can totally win this game.

Why is Zornie trying to out think their D? They are down to 3 CB's on their roster. Moss post open all day!!! Jansen can't pass protect and Fabini stinks... Buge's better put his foot up their butts at half...........

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Agree with dlhaze. We stunk up the first 30 minutes, but there's still 30 to play. D has been solid. Hang onto the football for the 2nd half and I think we win. I hope Zorn & Co. will do something to exploit St. Louis' dearth of corners.

I like what Lisa's trying... like "Moose" saying the Skins don't beat themselves and then Jansen false starts.... Skins O have not turned over the ball this year.... 3 TO's later.... Skins can't win this game.....

I think the skins will go more to spread formations in the 2nd half. JC needs to have his head on a swivel because the pass pro will be suffering with Jansen and Fabini.

Remember, there's two halves to every game. The Rams have found a way to lose games all season long and this game will be no different. Both teams have to play until the final whistle blows. I figure Zorn will have Portis & Betts run the ball down the Rams' throat.

Same knee Samuels has had problems with
Inferior backups
pressure to lose game to winless team
The longer this stays close the more the pressure will mount

This is the same team that went down 14 points IN Philly and scored 23 unanswered points. They just gotta step up (and London Fletcher needs to CATCH that ball!!)
