Hall, Fletcher top Redskins' Pro Bowl hopefuls
The NFL will announce its Pro Bowl teams tonight at 7 p.m. on the NFL Network, and the Redskins hope to be represented on the NFC team.
Although Washington has the league's last-ranked defense, cornerback DeAngelo Hall is tied for second in the NFL with six interceptions. The two-time Pro Bowler tied the league record with four interceptions in a Week 7 victory against the Chicago Bears.
Hall had a 92-yard interception return for a touchdown in that game. He also returned a fumble for the Redskins' only touchdown in a season-opening victory over the Dallas Cowboys.
Inside linebacker London Fletcher made his first Pro Bowl team last season. The 13-year veteran again is among the league leaders in tackles.
Second-year linebacker Brian Orakpo made the Pro Bowl as a rookie last season. He leads the team with 8 ½ sacks but missed the last game because of a groin injury and may sit out the season finale Sunday against the New York Giants at FedEx Field.

If a QB is what people want in the 1st RD then take your pick between Locker and possibly Mallett.
We'll be picking somewhere between 10-17 and both Luck (#1), Newton (ARI/SF), and possibly Mallett depending on this Sunday's game will be off the board.
Hell it's possible that all four QBs will be off the board when we pick.
But the only way Luck and Newton would be in play is if we traded up to get them.

Hall, Fletcher top Redskins' Pro Bowl hopefuls

There isn't a pro bowler on this roster. Landry would have been the only deserving guy.

Fletcher's now getting the recognition deprived from him since birth..I think we're solid at CB with Hall and Rogers, maybe get some backups..."Out Of Area" , you have malaria..

Only Pro Bowler on this team is currently taking snaps with the scout team -- before he heads out the door -- lest he offend the offensive mastermind, sweet baby Kyle.

Right because all pro bowl QB's have more Int's then TD's.

How can you hate on Fletch as a Pro-Bowler? You can write in 100 tackles in ink for that guy and this year he even had a few impact plays. Other than Patrick Willis, I'm not sure who you put in over him in the NFC.
DHall is among the league leaders in picks and has 2 TDs...he should be a lock for the Pro Bowl. Moss has had a great year and should go too.
Don't let the bad taste of another losing season taint your view of reality, dude.

Even if we miss out on either Mallett, Newton, or Luck, there is still promise in guys like Ponder, Stanzi or a 3-year vet like M Flynn of Green Bay.
We'll get a young starter, the question is who he will be.

Only DHall made the pro bowl. He got in by winning 33% of the 'Skins games this year (Boys, Bears).

There are pro-bowl qbs that have even more INTs than #5. His 15 are the most in his career and at least a third of them are off 'skins drops/deflections and hail marys.
No need to hate on him because the masterminds don't want him.

DHall in. 6 picks but he's been smoked all season. Picks are great but giving up a 8+ TDs this season is why he shouldn't be a pro bowler.
Love LFB but he's not a top 3 ILB in the NFC. He's also had a pretty average year.

If you want to play that game I have seen atleast 6-7 easy INT's that were dropped of his.
He was playing poorly and got benched if he felt so disrespected why did he sign a contract extension to stay here.

Of those pro bowl QB's that have more INT's then Mcnabb did any of them have less TD's then INT's? I didn't think so.

Diez, I would take Blaine Gabbert in the 2nd picking Powe in the 1st (Fairley will go top 5) if we can't trade back.
Looking forward to seeing both Gabbert and Stanzi tonight.
