Derrick Dockery a bad fit for zone blocking scheme

Knew this was coming. He's a big, straight ahead, road grader type. Shanny is slowly getting his guys in and Vinny's guys out. Thank God, we'll finally have a chance.

I feel bad for Dockery, who has always seemed like a good guy. Hopefully he'll land somewhere else next year in a scheme that better suits his abilities.
I can't fault the team for picking players that fit their scheme though. I would say trade him, but they'll never get anything for him with those contract numbers and they still need him for depth anyways...

Surprise stop on 4th. Let's see, a 2nd round pick for McNabb, 2-11 for 10 yards in 2nd half last week, runs out of bounds instead of burning time off clock, throws into the dirt. Dockery should maybe be switched to center like Dallas did with Gurode, he cannot be any worse than Rabach imho.

Post Packers game, so it's obvious to say that Lichtensteiger was even worse today than DDock has been the entire season. Needless to say, guard and center positions should be addressed before the WR, RB, and free safety positions in the 2011 draft & offseason...
