I Bet They Wanted Our Guy Patrick There

So the big Delaware TE with big hopes of going on the first day dropped to the seventh round and gets gobbled up one pick before the Skins were up.

Had to think he would have been the pick. So they take another big TE - but one with considerably less ability - Tyler Ecker - with their last pick. Kid might have a shot to stick around as a project offensive lineman but the scouting reports on him are far from glowing. He does have good size, though, and there is certainly some need at this position.

With the last pick, what the heck. But I am sure they would have been pumped if Patrick had falled on more pick.
