Bugel Is Coaching Tonight
Offensive line coach Joe Bugel, whose daughter, Holly, 36, died Thursday after a long battle with bone cancer, is with the team and coaching tonight. Bugel flew to Arizona after practice to be with his family at their home, and remained there Friday.
He was not a part of the team charter to Carolina Friday, but met the team at their hotel this afternoon, flying back from Arizona. Bugel has focused on his work throughout this ordeal and Coach Jim Zorn said Thursday that he would not be surprised at all if Bugel was back for this game in Carolina.

Well for two days we've been posting who was the Skin we hated to see let go or not resigned.
Desmond Howard?
I don't think any of us were unhappy to see him go. He was a huge disappointment for us.
Maybe only Heath was a bigger one.
I thought who ever posted Mark Schlereth was correct. Never understood that one...
Thanks everyone for joining in, I really enjoyed it, and I thought your naming players was very thought-provoking.
One last comment before the game.
Whoever posted Norm Snead was either joking or drunk.
Norm Snead [may be some unaware of this] was indeed drafted by the Skins and the Eagles had drafted a QB they wanted to unload. The teams traded QBs in the same division. Snead would later also play for the Giants as I recall as a kid.
The other QB traded to Skins?
Maybe our best passer ever!

On the positive side, the strong play by Kareem Moore could allow L. Landry to move back to Strong Safety where he's more comfortable and can help more with the run and blitz the QB.

The following statement is going to sound crule and be highly criticized I think.
O line starts and end with Bugel, Bugel's head cannot be in the game, and it shouldn't, we may need a new O-Line Coach to stand in for him for a few months.

I'm listening on-line watching NFL.com
And they actually recorded that Suisham kicked an 84 yard FG!
Then I looked at the top of the screen and sure enough they had posted the score as 3-3.
Then the next play on Skins radio broadcast was the turnover.

I think the starters should stay in the whole game. If this bunch of puzzies gets hurt then we should hire some guys who want to play. What a disgrace to the burgundy and gold.

If it's only a sprain, Jason Taylor is as indestructible as Jason Campbell.

Problem is, this is a meaningless preseason game. You know it, I know it, and they know it. There's a pretty big drop off after the first team, unfortunately.

I disagree. He was great at Chicago, and he will be great here too.
But he needs the O to step up and control the game.

49 yards for for the Skins, 349 for the Panthers. I do not want to be the man who Joe Bugle takes it out on. After all he's been through. I pity the fool. P.S. did I say we sucked tonight. Bring on the Colt
