ATL is winning 24-7 against MIN. This win, should WAS hold on, will be for nothing.

portis over 1400 yards...

And that ATL TD--the result of a fumble recovered in the endzone--adds insult to injury

thanks beantown. i agree with your mayo pick now that i actually read the question

Posted by: JasonLaTempleton | December 21, 2008 6:23 PM | Report abuse

that WAS a good looking drive...

jiacinto, it won't be for naught... it will utterly infuriate all of us if the Skins win this one after losing all the ones they've lost. And for so few to bring so much agony to so many... that's something!

Punt. Here's where the game could very well be turned around.

betts with another catch....

Posted by: BeantownGreg | December 21, 2008 6:25 PM | Report abuse

What was that? A 2-yard pass attempt on 3rd & 13??????

Geez.

Does the D have another TO in them? I say yes.

Posted by: Curzon417 | December 21, 2008 6:26 PM | Report abuse

Thomas and Davis, both caught passes in the first 5 minutes and NOTHING since....that is what I don't get....

Posted by: BeantownGreg | December 21, 2008 6:27 PM | Report abuse

9-7 is better than 8-8. Doubtful one draft spot will matter since DC should trade down and get picks.

Posted by: Realness1 | December 21, 2008 6:27 PM | Report abuse

ooh, incomplete. challenge?

Posted by: slats999 | December 21, 2008 6:30 PM | Report abuse

FG Vikings.

24-10, with about 12 minutes left

Held. Who would've thunk it. GO SANTANA!

Ok, skins doing well. Eagles not so much.

Posted by: slats999 | December 21, 2008 6:30 PM | Report abuse

Nice return punt to be called back.

Posted by: jiacinto | December 21, 2008 6:30 PM | Report abuse

Seriously why cant Tanaman be back there every time??? Or at least some one mildly competent? I guess it doesnt really matter when half of the returns come back due to penalties any how...

Posted by: skins1110 | December 21, 2008 6:31 PM | Report abuse

I don't see how MIN can come back that late. They need two scores at least to tie. ATL has the edge, barring any late fumbles or stupid mistakes.

Posted by: jiacinto | December 21, 2008 6:31 PM | Report abuse

Although the flags negate the return, BIG difference in Moss returning punts. Get ARE out of there!

Posted by: Curzon417 | December 21, 2008 6:31 PM | Report abuse

moss is LIGHT YEARS ahead of ARE when it comes to punt returns...

Posted by: BeantownGreg | December 21, 2008 6:32 PM | Report abuse

this O still is painful to watch, like I wrote before on another thread, like having toothpicks jammed up your fingernails!

Posted by: lsskinsfan | December 21, 2008 6:33 PM | Report abuse

Haha.

Nice punt!

Another 10 point production this week?

They're consistent, I'll say that much.
