Trent Williams talks zone blocking and Redskins

If the Redskins select an offensive lineman -- and that's a pretty big "if" -- it's going to be either Trent Williams or Russell Okung. Our money is on Williams, who's a bit faster and more versatile. Here he is below, talking Redskins, and as a bonus, you can hear the
guy he's been protecting the past three years, Sam Bradford tell you just how good he is.

Avatar DVDs and the first round of the draft in prime time. It's enough to give all those nerds out there ADEs.

"Wow! 5 hours before the draft, some still predicting. Why not just wait?"

You might as well tell the local weatherman to get off the tv and go look out the window at the end of the day.

You'd fire half the gambling types in Vegas who make their nut predicting everything from elections to which celebrity husband is going to get caught cheating next.

I say let the fiends play the guessing game right up to when the picks come down.

Then, like they always do, they'll get one thing correct and shout, "I told you so!" while wondering why mistamoe is always right.

When they know he rarely is.

Why oh why oh why wouldn't you draft an OL? There is no bigger need. Why oh why oh why would you pull rabbits out of the hat and give away part of the store to move up to get a QB because you figure he'll watch and learn and grow behind McNabb only to have McNabb get decked and hurt (hurt like he's been almost every season for last what 5?) so rookie has to come on and then we're back to a rerun of JC getting treated like a pinata only it's Sam Bradford whose shoulder get reinjured and suddenly Sexy Rexy is in charge...if this seems a highly unlikely scenario please as much as it hurts relive the utter absurdity of the 2009 season. . .

I hope Shanny and Allen are just smoke screening the he!! out of all this and simply take OL at pick 4.

Trade CP for a draft pick You'd be lucky to get the proverbial "box of used condoms" for him.

Must have missed that proverb.

Please note, I did some extensive trade up scenarios to the skins pick about 3 weeks ago saying Berry would be the bait cause our FO is good at dangling and subterfuge.

If prior reports are true (and they are aswirlin') and it does actually fall that way...and someone moves up to 4 to take berry...... i would like due recognition.

Just sayin is all

Now if they draft berry, the LL is going to become full time OLB... and I will be dead wrong...

As Zeke has rightly noted, there are several ways to address the OL situation, including (1) draft selections, (2) a trade for a starting caliber player and (3) signing a starting caliber free agent. I really hope the next three days involve a combination of (1) and either (2) or (3) by the Skins.

Go switch out your maxi-pad, Cork. I was only 75% serious anyway.

Cork, we kid because we love. I once aspired to follow your path and was up on all of the local news people. Used to have a mean jones for Sue Simmons and the young Lark McCarthy.

I really get this strange feeling that we are gonna draft Berry if we stay put at 4.

It makes sense safty is our second biggest need behind LT and it fits the BPA scheme and you gotta believe shanny thinks he can find Oline from the scrap heap or late round pick.

I have been all about drafting Oline at 4 but have to admit I'm warming up to berry as long as some kind of deal is done to get a second round pick or trade for vet tackle.

And please stop with the ridiculous AH trades dude isn't going anywhere
