Omar Stoutmire Coming Back

According to league sources, the oft-signed-and-released safety has agreed to terms and is on his way back. The Skins have some ailing safeties, with Vernon Fox and Pierson Prioleau nicked in the Giants game they need reinforcements.

I imagine this is why they were willing to let CB John Eubanks walk.
