Practice (UPDATED)

Randy Thomas was in jeans and crocs during practice, obviously not participating, and it looks like a real longshot he will play this week. Stephon Heyer was at first-string right tackle - Todd Wade (knee) is back at practice - so that's shaping up as Heyer/Fabini vs. Strahan on the right side. Make of that what you will. (Gibbs said Heyer will start this weekend).

James Thrash (high ankle sprain) was back at practice for the first time in a month. Shawn Springs (back) was practicing, too. Coach Joe seemed upbeat about Thrash's chances of playing.

Other than Thomas and Jason Campbell, DE Phillip Daniels (knee) and CB John Eubanks (toe infection) were the only other guys out. Gibbs said Daniels is not expected to miss action this weekend.
