Trust me if Zorn could pick the players to run his system this would not be it.. So we basically have to go about 2 years to see what this system really can do.. WHile he picks up players.... I mean really what did we expect.. Its 99% the same team as last year...

I think the Skins should change Portis' role next year and make him more of a receiving QB. This is not Jim Zorn's offense. Zorn discovered that he could win some games with Portis as a between the tackles back.

Portis will not last two seasons if he keeps this up.

and a quick PS Clinton Portis will be done after this year. He won't even make it through this year. His career is gonna go downhill FAST because no one can take that kinda beating he takes every week.

The ground cannot cause a fumble and that's what happened. If you make the argument that a ball moving around in someone's arms indicates he has lost control, ergo fumbled, then a player shifting the ball to the ohter arm during a run would be considered to be fumbling the ball (and recovering it). But obviously that is not how it is reflected in the stats.

Zorn needs to let it go at this point.

This is pathetic and Zorn is doing nothing to change the momentum of the game. He needs to shake things up with a gadget play or let a bench player step up and change the momentum. We won't win this, but at least make a game.

Since when does being a fan mean being blind? This is a team with the same issues on offense and defense since Danny and Vinny took over.
Even if we are fortunate enough to win this game and somehow make it to the playoff, this team will not go far.

That seems a bit much. Norv's got a pretty impressive track record of taking a lot of talent and squandering it. I don't see how you can say the same of Jim Zorn though I'd be happy to see you get rid of him at the end this season to maintain a consistent lack of continuity.
