Roll Call for Practice

Jason Reid reports that practice is beginning with players in shorts and shells. Chris Samuels has been excused; Cornelius Griffin, LaRon Landry, Shawn Springs and Jason Taylor are in sweats and sans helmets.

Want to know another way pro fubball players are cooler than you? Their gross-out stories are far, far superior, as Steinberg discovered. Want a preview? London Fletcher: "I'm SUCH a vomit guy."

Of course a girls fan would not know anything about character! Injuries are crucial, but playing as a team is a must, something the girls know nothing about.

If you have a chance check out Cooley's blog. CBrennan writes about getting harassed by Cools, and JT. Pretty funny stuff. Vaseline on his visor....

Dfan,

We've had our fair share of injuries. Please know what you are talking about before you post up here.

We've been missing perhaps our best defensive player in Springs. We are missing our best d lineman this weekend. our best backup in Betts. 3 DEs. (Two on IR and JT most of he year)

Our opening day starter at LT for 3 games. Our second pick in the draft all year. Our starter at SS. Our starting Strong side LB for a couple games.

In short you are an idiot. PLease stop posting here.

Since then, well, notsomuch, as the Lions are 1-13. Let's take a quick look back at Week 5 of the 2007 NFL season, and the Lions' lopsided loss in Landover:

............

By Jason La Canfora | October 24, 2008; 8:00 AM ET

As a Landover resident of 3 years, I need to tale you guys something.

It's not pronounced Land-O-ver..

It's Land-O-Va (according to the Youth and Chris Paul)

Larry Landovaaaaaa.....

It is obviously about character d-bag fan, b/c if you had depth at CB that wasnt a suspension risk....and now suspended....you would have players to step into the injury vacum created by depleted secondary....

wow did you walk into that one....

reasons the cowboys are better:

Roy williams is out the old one not the one that dosent live up to his hype.
Terance Newman is out, the most overrated CB in the league.

Not even close on Jasno. Just one of many impersonators.

Posted by: CindyBoren | October 24, 2008 11:54 AM | Report abuse

Lol - I had some once. Little Agentine girls screaming "Biiiiilliieeee" as I boarded a charter back to the US... In Argentina they would actually critique the back-up bands when pop stars came to town...so the fans knew your name...

Sooooo surreal. Dfan - how's your teenybopper scream comin'?

hahahahahahah

Why isn't Landry practicing? I know he is not injured, is he just getting a day off? or is he excused for personal issues?

Is JC ever going to step up into the upper echelon of QBs? He's a great game manager at the moment. But what about a game changer?

SportsNation Matt Mosley: (12:05 PM ET ) We're Redskins heavy early in the chat, but we'll balance things out. I think Jason Campbell has already stepped into the upper echelon. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to have a 300-yard game every time out to be an elite quarterback. Campbell hasn't thrown an interception since last season. And it's not like he's being overly conservative on his throws.

Thought I'd post this. Moseley's chat is going on at the moment. Should make Greg and TE happy.
