Skins Play With 10 Men

There is no FS on the field in honor of Sean for the first defensive play of the game. Only one safety on the the field.

Pretty touching tribute by the defense.

But the Bills exploited the extra space for a 21-yard run, with LB Marcus Washington not able to close the corner. LaRon Landry, the only safety on the field, finally pushed the ball carrier out of bounce after he rumbled down the left sideline.

Corner Shawn Springs had an interception in his hands on third down but dropped it. Springs, having a very difficult week coping with Sean's death while his own father is on life support in Dallas, was mad at himself and stayed on the ground for nearly a minute, with corner Fred Smoot finally getting up to to his feet.

Strong stand by the defense, regardless.
