Skins Sign Stuart Schweigert

Skins signed the free agent safety, who spent the past four seasons with Oakland. Adds much needed depth and experience to the safety position. The Raiders took him in the third round back in 2004. In 63 career games he has four interceptions.

The Redskins also released LB Rian Wallace.
