Todd Collins, Again

The Skins free agent priority has narrowed his field down to the Jags and the Redskins, sources said, with a deal expected today.

There were negotiations with several teams until late last night, with Washington and Jacksonville pushing hardest.

The Jags have a ton of cap space; Collins would be the No. 2 Qb in either destination.

The Jags are not into free agent visits as a rule, so this one looks like it will get done over the phone, the old-fashioned way.
