Greg,

They talk to mostly guest on Fridays, alot of College football talk.

They also had one of the scouts on from the Skins going over the daily happenings on a recruiting trip.

No Portis talk that I herd.

Friday's show always features guests and Skins usually aren't discussed until near the end. Monday's show features callers.

Vinny thinks that the smaller College bowls will start loosing money and this will force a playoff to make up for the money lost.

Let's hope he's changing career fields and plans to screw up a baseball franchise in the near future.

It amazes me that some of you are still screaming that "stay medium" crap.

Staying medium is what got them where they are now. Look back all the past champions, you can't tell me they actually believed that they were avereage teams. Through out their banner year they played with phenomenal "swag" - The Redskins keep theirs in their Louie Bags.

This team needs some f'n swagger, some cockiness, arrogance - something!

If you think that you're medium or aren't the sh*t, then you're going to play, think, act, overall conduct yourself in a "medium" manner.

You'd think Zorn would've read 'The Secret', obviously he hasn't. The universe is simply giving Zorn - the Redskins what they've asked through their thoughts.

Mediumness (sic)

I'm surprised we haven't had a new thread about Torrence's game-changing play last night. 4th qtr, 3rd down pass over middle, receiver hit and dropped the ball. Whistle blows... LT picks up "fumble" and returns it 3 yards and runs out of bounds. Bears were very fortunate to overcome this brilliant play.

Are we(nats) even allowed to bid on Tex. I feel ike theres some sort of Selig clause out there sayin if the Yanks Sox and Angels are going for someone like him a team like the nationals has to step back and let them do their thing, and then well get Willy taveras when the bidding wars are done.

Sounds like Vinny does a good show....hEY i have an idea, give Vinny control of the Radio division of Snyder enterprises. He can do 1-5pm, five days a week and knock himself out programming!

and thusly leave the Skins FB duties to Morocco Brown or some other FB executive on the rise!

In other words, he was on the field and around the ball? J.T. Tryon must be soooooooo jealous.

I was more impressed with the fact that Brandon (catch one, drop one) Lloyd has 20 catches for Duh Bears, despite injuries. That's more than the Terrific Trio combined.

Posted by: TheCork | December 12, 2008 11:24 AM | Report abuse

if Suisham misses another fg this week and zorn repeats "it was just a bad kick" I'll be irate...how many "bad kicks" do we have to stomach (not many if you're D Brooks)?

Another entry for the stupid list

4. have a radio show that is hosted or co-hosted by a NFL GM and talk baseball..

STUPID

Why is vinny talking baseball, who cares the only reason people tune in is to see if you are going to give some info on the skins.

Looks like 'skins fans Barack'd the vote this year. Just like the presidential election, you now have a lot of sick-in-the-face-haters...

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=AnRM7cPebro5iLKP4zBcLE45nYcB?slug=cr-redskinsfanvoting121108&prov=yhoo&type=lgns

“I don’t think it’s done right [even now],” said the Chicago Bears’ Lance Briggs, who finished behind a couple of Redskins at outside linebacker. “I think each fan should be entitled to only one vote. I look at it like I have to count on the coaches and players to get in. That’s why it’s a two-thirds vote [for coaches and players].”

Added Atlanta Falcons defensive end Jon Abraham, who finished third at his position ahead of Washington’s Andre Carter: “At the end of the day the coaches and the people who watch the film – the players – they see it. We watch the film on people. We know what’s going on. We see a lot more than the fans do.”

Even though I find it funny, I can see how alot of these guys are pissed, they have incentives in their contracts and some are granted if they make the pro bowl.

I say the most funniest vote of all has to be Shawn Suisham getting votes... statistically he's the worst kicker in the league.
