Williams, Caldwell and Meeks

From everything I gather Gregg Williams is still set to have his formal, long interview with Daniel Snyder today.

They could be speaking at Snyder's house right now, but either way they are set to spend much of the day and possibly the night as well - if history holds - talking over the vacant head coaching job.

I would expect either Meeks or Caldwell - perhaps both - to head to town in a day or two to wind down the interviewing phase and my reporting continues to point to Williams getting this job barring a breakdown between him and ownership/management over the next few days. The situation with the Indy assistants is complicated by the fact many expect Colts head coach Tony Dungy to retire, meaning Caldwell and Meeks are in line for a shot at that job as well.

There remains much to has out in terms in front office structure, as well as players and staff, particularly on the offensive side of the ball.
